If you're under 18 years old?

We offer opportunities for young people aged 14 to 18 years old with organisations that demonstrate compliance with the highest levels of governance and safeguarding. 

Young people benefit from these opportunities just as much as our more mature volunteers:

1. Exposure to a wider range of people within our community, it allows them to develop empathy for those less fortunate or with special needs
2. Being in a working environment helps to develop communication skills, teamwork, timekeeping and self-management
3. It can increase physical activity and improve health and wellbeing
