It is to support local non-profit organisations, charities and events to recruit volunteers to assist with the operation or to support their work.

All personal data on the system is stored securely on servers based in the UK and will hold all information in accordance with the regulations of both the UK and Jersey. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties except with your permission.
All organisations must have third party liability insurance to cover volunteers.
All organisations who wish to utilise the skills and energy of young people under 18 must have safeguarding policies and good practice in place. They must ensure that staff who will supervise them have had all the relevant checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service in the UK and received training in safeguarding vulnerable groups.
All volunteers must receive induction training for the organisation and for the role they will fill.
We do not support the work of commercial operators generating a profit.
