I knew about the Beresford Street Kitchen before it even started and thought it such a wonderful idea I couldn't wait to get involved. The work they do is absolutely wonderful and it is a joy and a privilege to be able to help
I do a day a week in the cafe. I started in Beresford Street and am now at Hougue Bie. I do whatever is needed at the time -- serving customers, clearing tables, taking orders and helping the crew when needed.
I absolutely love it and always come away feeling happy and rewarded. DO IT!
